To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use our services to:
API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of access. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate legal basis to process personal data through our services. CredLyr acts as a data processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
Service level commitments vary by plan. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs. Standard plans include best-effort support with no guaranteed uptime. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Usage-based charges are calculated and billed at the end of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
CredLyr retains all rights to our platform, APIs, documentation, and branding. You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredLyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CredLyr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
