Everything you need to know about our pricing

What counts as a verification?

A verification is counted when a verification session reaches a completed status with a decision (approved, denied, or step-up). Pending or expired sessions are not counted.

What are status lookups?

Status lookups are calls to check credential validity via our status API. These are priced extremely low to encourage always-verify behavior.

Is sandbox usage free?

Yes! All sandbox usage is completely free and never counted toward your billing. Free plans include up to 2 sandbox projects. Paid plans include additional sandbox and production projects.

What happens if I exceed my included usage?

We never block your production traffic. You'll be billed for overages at the rates shown for your plan. We'll warn you at 80%, 100%, and 120% of your included usage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Included usage is prorated on upgrades.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You pay for 12 months upfront at a discounted rate. Upgrades during the annual period are prorated.
